Deposits & Payments

A $1,000/child deposit is due upon registration. Following registration, equal monthly installments will be due on the 5th of every month with all fees to be paid in full by May 5, 2023. We are happy to work with any family in need of a different payment plan.

All camp fees are fully refundable until November 1, 2022. Withdrawing or decreasing weeks between November 2 and March 1, 2023 will result in a $1000 administrative fee. We are unable to provide a refund to families who withdraw or decrease weeks after March 2.

Dates Refund
Before November 1, 2022 Full Refund
Nov 1 – Mar 1 $1000 administrative fee
After March 2, 2023 No Refund

No refund is issued when a camper leaves early due to a violation of the Camper Code of Conduct, or any other non-medical reason. If a camper withdraws or leaves early due to sudden illness or injury, a pro-rated refund may be approved at the discretion of a director.

Day Camp Combo

Thanks to our partnership with JCC Greater Boston, any first-time Camp Kingswood camper from the Greater Boston area is invited to split their summer between a Boston JCC day camp (Camp Grossman or Camp Kaleidoscope) and Camp Kingswood. Register for a minimum of two weeks each and save $250 on Kingswood and $150 on day camp!

Sibling Discounts:

After the first child, a family is eligible to receive a $200 sibling discount for each additional camper.

Pay-In-Full Discount:

A $500 discount will be applied to any camper tuition paid in full at the time of registration.

Financial Assistance

We believe every child needs camp, and will do what we can to help. We offer financial assistance directly to families, along with additional scholarships available through Greater Boston’s Combined Jewish Philanthropies, Jewish Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Boston, or other local Jewish Federations. Please contact the camp office for more details.

Grants for First-Time Campers

All campers are eligible for a First-Time Camper Grant of up to $1,000. Please contact the camp office for more details.

In light of future COVID-19 uncertainties, we may need to adjust and re-adjust our plans as we approach the summer. Registering your child means that you understand this reality, and acknowledge that COVID-19 restrictions could limit and change bunk sizes, session dates and lengths, transportation requirements, programs, and prices. We commit to being forthcoming and transparent throughout the year with our communication. Our number one priority is the health and safety of our campers and staff. We want nothing more than for every Camp Kingswood camper and staff member to have a fun, safe, and healthy session at a camp in 2023. In the event we need to cancel camp/sessions in 2023, families will be provided a variety of options which will include a full refund.
